EBL has committed resources to helping companies worldwide with transboundary movements of materials for recycling in the most economical, safe, and environmental friendly manner. With base managers involved in the process, EBL becomes the driving force in obtaining necessary import and export permits and authorizations.

Through cooperation with government and environmental entities worldwide, EBL assures Basel and OECD notification liaison and provides critical support in obtaining import and export permits for transboundary movements of hazardous waste. Permit management can include EBL personnel physically walking the permits through in the host country.
